Our modern "motus" exercise pool has a whirlpool, a counter-current system and massage jets as well as a movable floor and a wheelchair ramp with an integrated pool wheelchair. There is also a Finnish sauna and a herbal steam room. A relaxation room with a Japanese garden and infrared sauna help revitalise and awaken your senses.

Sauna
The sauna benefits overall health and incidentally promotes wellbeing of patients. In particular, it stimulates the immune system and reduces the frequency of colds. Before the first sauna session, our patients receive medical advice.
Medical Training Therapy
Medical training therapy (MTT) developed from the movement and training theory and supports the process of rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Sports activities
Fascia rolling as part of therapeutic exercise is aimed at improving proprioception, balance, mobility and strength.
Functional training is a type of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. It involves complex movement sequences that simultaneously train multiple joints and muscle groups. You'll receive a custom workout plan that you will easily be able to use for training at home.

Aquafitness is a modern, joint-friendly, full-body type of exercise intended to improve strength, flexibility and endurance.
Being a very gentle form of exercise, Nordic Walking is ideal for beginners and people with slight health impairments. Our coach with help you master the right technique, which will enhance the training effect. All necessary equipment is provided.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that strengthens and supports the body, mind and spirit. It is able to improve our flexibility, coordination & balance. Moreover, yoga helps to strengthen our stabiliser muscles and has a positive effect on the general wellbeing. .
Tai Chi is a combination of meditation and movement. Meditative, slow-flowing movement help to gently release tension and restore strength.
Relaxation therapy is a form of therapy that uses relaxation techniques to relieve physical tension and stress. These include progressive muscle relaxation and meditation.
Singing bowls create gentle and harmonious sounds that are absorbed through our skin and ears and take us into deep relaxation.

These opening hours are the same for members and one-off visitors.
Patients can use the gym and swimming pool in the company of a physiotherapist, as part of their therapy, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
