Mr. Peter K.
Germany
"After a long history of illness, I had significant problems with running (distances > 50 m only with Nordic walking poles, significant balance difficulties, constant risk of falling). The Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht was recommended to me by friends. All of my expectations were met there or even exceeded.
Upon request, I quickly obtained accurate information from the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht about accommodation and therapy options. Always friendly service, very good hotel-like accommodation, excellent cuisine and – most importantly – top-class medical care, as well as extremely committed and competent therapy staff. The clinic's facilities are good to really good in every respect.
I stayed there for 5 weeks. In the morning, each patient receives a personal daily therapy plan and is then kept busy from around 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Therapies range from high-tech treadmills with video analysis to all kinds of strength and robotic machines, pool gymnastics and Qi Gong breathing exercises. Furthermore, they take progress measurements all the time.
At the end of my stay, I no longer needed any walking aids, had significantly developed my sense of balance, and my quality of life significantly improved.
However, the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht has not yet found a method by which the patient can delegate the sometimes sweat-inducing exercises to their health professionals. Your own sweat will remain indispensable there, at least for now.
Thank you for everything."
Mr. Dario T.

"Our son, who had had an accident in October of 2011 and is now 24 years old, was treated repeatedly at the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht for an extended period of time. He always felt welcomed and well looked after with great care and compassion.
Our son, as well as our family, was always treated with great kindness and understanding. We never had the impression of being just another patient ,or only an account.
The Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht always stood by our son Dario and always fought for him and his life. The rehabilitation in the clinic made it possible, that Dario could return back home to his family. Actually, he is back in our house since April 2017.
We highly recommend the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht and its treatment plans for everyone who is in need. We would love to stay in touch with this institution, and would not mind receiving another in-patient treatment, if it comes to it."
