Geriatric Rehabilitation
Following an accident, illness or surgery, older people generally have one burning desire: to get back home as soon as possible and live independently again, this is also the aim of geriatric rehabilitation.
Our interdisciplinary team works hand in hand with the patients to develop an individual treatment plan which is tailored to the patient’s specific needs, situation and goals. In doing so, we look closely at the patient’s medical history, personal resources, individual needs and social setting. Our interdisciplinary team consists of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nutritionists and social workers with a special focus on geriatric care. When necessary, we also bring in speech therapists, psychiatrists and neuropsychologists.
Each of our team members is unique – but they all share one thing in common. They all have a deep respect for what our patients have experienced and achieved in life.

The key to success lies in choosing a course of treatment which caters to the patient’s individual needs. To this end, our interdisciplinary team develops a tailored treatment plan for every patient.
